I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have completed a quality, nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology and have support from the AoR.
As an AoR member:
- I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.
- I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.
- I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements.
- I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures the practice is kept up to date.
- I am compliant with GDPR data protection. Your information will remain confidential at all times.
- As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with AOR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.

Appointment changes, cancellations and payment
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
I will always endeavour to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Payment
Payment for your treatment is due at the end of your appointment, before you leave.
Renewed Essence currently accepts payment by cash or bank transfer only.
Gift Vouchers available upon request
- Vouchers are non refundable and required to be used within 1 year of purchase.

AOR Code of Practice and Ethics.
As a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), I adhere strictly to the AOR code of practice and ethics, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and professionalism. Working within the limits of my training and competence.
I do not diagnose or claim to cure or treat specific medical conditions.
A consultation will be undertaken before each treatment to ensure there are no contraindications that would prevent your session from taking place.
Your appointments are treated in the strictest confidence. Personal information is processed and stored in accordance with UK GDPR guidelines, protecting your privacy and well-being before, during, and after your session.

Important health information
To ensure you receive the most effective and safest treatment, it is important to inform me of any pre-existing health conditions, medications you are taking, or any other relevant health information before your session.
As an AOR member, I will get in touch with you to discuss any contraindications that may prevent treatment, ensuring your safety and tailoring the session to your specific needs.
